Ann Nevett BSc Dip LD CMLI

Ann Nevett established the practice in 1986 after working in both public sector and private offices. She has a wide range of professional experience in many sectors.

In recent years she has successfully acted for many of the main house building and development companies, either working independently or as part of a wider consultancy team. She has regularly provided expert witness services to gain allocations in the Local Plan Inquiry process and for appeals and is skilled in carrying out Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for Environmental Statements.

Ann has been an active member of Women in Property in Scotland since its inception, serving on its committee and that of the Landscape Institute.
